At Karibu Adventure, your safety on Mount Kilimanjaro is our top priority. Although emergencies are rare, climbers may sometimes need assistance due to altitude sickness, fatigue, or injury. In such cases, our trained guides provide immediate support and ensure a safe descent to lower altitude or evacuation point.

We work with professional emergency partners including Intensive Care Air Ambulance (ICAA) and AMREF Flying Doctors to provide rapid evacuation when necessary.
