Day-by-Day Itinerary


Day 1: Arusha – Tarangire National Park

Pickup from Arusha or Moshi and drive to Tarangire National Park. The park is famous for its giant baobab trees and large elephant herds.

Enjoy a full-day game drive with picnic lunch and spot lions, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, and many bird species.

Evening transfer to lodge or campsite for dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Tarangire – Serengeti National Park

After breakfast, drive through the scenic Ngorongoro highlands toward Serengeti National Park.

Enjoy en-route game viewing before entering the Serengeti plains for an afternoon game drive. The Serengeti is famous for lions, cheetahs, leopards, and vast herds of wildlife.

Dinner and overnight in Serengeti.

Day 3: Full Day Serengeti Game Drive

Spend a full day exploring different regions of Serengeti National Park.

Depending on the season, you may witness the Great Migration or large predator activity in the early morning and evening game drives.

Return to camp/lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 4: Serengeti – Ngorongoro Conservation Area

After an early morning game drive in Serengeti, continue with en-route wildlife viewing as you exit the park.

Arrive in Ngorongoro area for dinner and overnight.

Day 5: Ngorongoro Crater – Arusha / Moshi

After early breakfast, descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a half-day game drive.

The crater is one of the best wildlife destinations in Africa, home to the Big Five including the rare black rhino.

After a picnic lunch, ascend the crater and drive back to Arusha or Moshi, marking the end of your safari.
