Day 3 – Shira 2 Camp – Lava Tower – Barranco Camp

Start summit climb at midnight under the stars. Reach Uhuru Peak (5,895m), the highest point in Africa. Celebrate briefly before descending to Mweka Camp for overnight rest. Total hiking time 10–12 hours.
Day 6 – Mweka Camp – Mweka Gate – Moshi
