On Kilimanjaro, you are supported by a full mountain crew including guides, assistant guides, cooks, and porters. Tipping is usually collected at the end of the climb and shared among the team.

✔ Assistant Guides: $15 – $20 per day
✔ Cook: $12 – $18 per day
✔ Porters: $8 – $12 per day

Hotel and lodge staff provide daily hospitality services during your stay.
